At Friendly Car Wash, we’re committed to giving back to the community. Friendly has engaged in a number of successful fundraisers to date and have helped many groups raise thousands of dollars per event. The key to any successful fundraising campaign is simplicity. Partnering with Friendly to help you with your fundraiser is simple. Simple to understand. Simple to plan. Simple to communicate. Simple to execute.

How it works

Friendly supplies your organization with special fundraising wash coupons. You can determine which washes you want to sell. Sell as many as you can and keep 50% for your group, minus $1 per wash for expenses.

The following is a chart of how much money you can make if each member of your group sells 10 Exterior washes ($10)

The math works like this:

(25 members X 10 washes sold per member) X $4 profit per wash which is ½ of $10 - $1.

Of course, the amount of money you raise changes for better or worse depending on the number of individuals in your group, the car wash you wish to sell (options are $10, $14 and $17), and the number of car washes each individual sells.

If your group has 50 members and each sells 20 $17 washes, that would mean $7,500. (50 members X 20 washes) X $7.50

You have one month selling period after which you turn in any unsold tickets and the payment for the tickets you have sold. Our program requires no order forms, no pre-payment and there is only one product to sell. The best part is that almost everyone gets their car washed so they are giving to a worthy cause without spending any additional discretionary income. Whether you’re a school, religious organization, athletic team or any non-profit organization, Friendly Car Wash can supplement your fundraising program.

How to get started:

• Decide when you would like to run your fundraising program.
• Decide which wash your group wants to sell. (Exterior, Deluxe or Works Wash)
• Decide how many coupons you think your organization will sell.
• Contact Penny Kelley at 508-473-0644 and we will print out your coupons.

Pick up the coupons, sign the Friendly fundraising Contract and you're off to the races!
